Tasting menu and not “a la carte”
TO RELIVE THE FLAVOURS OF THE LANGHE CUISINE AND THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE TRATTORIA AS IT USED TO BE
Trattoria delle vigne offers only a tasting menu because it wanted to maintain the approach of the old Trattorias of the Langhe, in which the dishes were prepared daily by the host with local and seasonal ingredients and they were proposed in a menu served in its entirely.
Proposals
The menu is seasonal and the dishes, strictly of our own production, are typical of the Langhe tradition.

From Monday to Friday we are open all evenings – lunch open on reservation
Saturday and Sunday, we are open for lunch and lunch and dinner
